1 RM squat clean
Rest 5min and reset for
25 min Amrap
5+5 Push ups, feet on partners back, whos in elbow plank hold
10 Buddie jump over, alternating
2 rope climb, one each
20 double unders, both jumps at the same time with one rope
20 Squat clean 70/50kg, alternating athletes
 
Scale as needed. Squat clean is supposed to be at 65-70%RM
