7 Box jump overs
7 Thrusters 50/35kg
L1: 60/40kg, (Torso RX)
L2: RX (Torso standard and masters)
L3: Pull ups, 40/30kg
L4: Jumping chest to bar, 30/20kg real beginner does frontsquat instead of thrusters.
