8 Deadlift 113/77kg
16 Burpees
3 Rope climbs
600m run
L1: RX
L2: 90/65kg
L3: 70/50kg, Half way in the ropes
L4: 50/35kg, scale rope climb to a total of 60 sec deadhang, 400m run
If it rains: In teams of 2, do 6 rounds, share the reps and row 300m each every round
