Go through the movements for the metcon, practice perfect form on kettlebell swing maintaining strong core.
Use slamballs instead of wallballs.
Practice box jumps on different heights.

For time, TC 30 min
50 High box jumps
50 kettlebell swings 32/24kg (Russian)
50 knees-to-elbows
50 wallballs 15/12kg
50 burpees
L1: -
L2:RX
L3: Normal box jumps, 24/16kg kettlebell, 9/6kg wallball
L4: As L3 with 30 reps of everything
