Continue warming up for the metcon, work up to a heavier thruster than you are working with during metcon.
To get a feel for the movements and flow do this:
3 rounds of
3 pull ups
5 push ups
8 airsquat
5 Thrusters
Then rest 3-4 min before starting the metcon

20 min Amrap
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 airsquats
5 pull ups
10 Thrusters 43/30kg
 
L1: ---
L2: RX
L3: Ring rows, 30/20kg thrusters
L4: Ring rows, knee push ups, 20/10kg thrusters
 
Alternative lower the reps to 3-7-12-3-7
