Take 10 min to find a heavy 1rep 5 sec down, 12 sec pause in bottom then up
Then
3 set with 3 reps, take 80% of the above and do the same pause front squats
Metcon
10 min amrap
30 Double unders
20 Airsquat
10 Burpee box jump overs, low boxes for all
L1: Unbroken double unders, 10 pistols instead of airsquat
L2: RX
L3: 10 Double unders
L4: 50 single unders
