150 Double unders
50 Burpees
Run 800m
100 Double unders
35 Burpees
Run 400m
50 Double unders
20 Burpees
If you have to scale the Double unders, just keep the numbers the same and perform single unders.
If it rains, do it team of two, row instead of run, share anyhow and double everything
