Squat snatch
1-1-1-1-1-1
Work up to a heavy squat snatch
If you don’t have the movement yet, do power snatches with at weight you can do up to 5 reps with each set.
 
Metcon
For time, TC 20min
13 squat snatches 70/47,5kg
Then
10 rounds of:
10 pull-ups
100 meter sprint
Then
13 squat cleans 70/47,5kg
 
L1: -
L2: RX
L3 50/35kg on the bar
L4: Power snatch/clean with 30/20kg, ring row instead of pull ups
