Warm up and practice the ring dip movement, go through airsquats.

L2: In teams of 2, 50 synchro airsquat and share the 25 ring dips
L3: In teams of 2, 40 synchro airsquat and share 25 box dips with feet on ground
L4: In teams of 2, 40 synchro airsquat and share 25 push ups
