Deadlift
Work up to 70-80% of max, then
4 sets with 4 reps at 80%
Rest 2-4 min between sets
When resting do 4-10 kipping handstand push ups
Never rest the head to the ground
Beginners do handstand push ups from box or regular push ups
Metcon
AMRAP 12 min
12 Deadlift 80/50kg
12 Box jumps overs
12 Squat with slamballs in rack position 9/6kg
4 Handstand push ups
Add 2 handstand push ups each new round
L1: Heavy kettle bell deadlift, 16/12kg slamballs, Deficit HSPU
L2: RX
L3: 60/40kg, low boxes, hspu from box
L4: 40/30kg, low boxes, hand release push ups
