Then
As a relay
7 box jump overs
7 pull ups
14 Wallballs 9/6kg
The resting athlete must complete 1 round of DT with 40/30kg during the rest
 
1 round of DT is 12 deadlifts, 9 hang cleans, 6 shoulder to overhead
L1: Chest to bar pull ups, 50/40kg on the barbell
L2: RX
L3: Jumping chest to bar, 30/20kg on the barbell
L4: Jumping pull ups, 20/15kg on the barbell
