1 rep overhead squat from ground
3 min break, then
Amrap 26 min
6 Deadlifts each 143/100kg
9 Bar-facing burpees, synchronized
9 Bar muscle-ups, each
30m Slamball carry each 35/20kg
 
Scale the deadlifts to 120/80kg-100/70kg-80/50kg
Scale the bar muscle ups to 9 pull up+9 ring dips OR 9 ring rows+9 push ups
Scale up slam ball carry to Yoke overhead hold for 30/20 sec each
