200m farmers walk with plates, 1 plates in each hand 2x10/5kg
200 Wallballs 9/6kg
100 Double unders, scale to 50 burpees
80 Airsquat
60 Push ups
40 Push press 30/20kg
20 Body blasters (Burpee to t2b to pull up) Scale to 30 burpee to target 20cm
10m Handstandwalk Scale to 1 min handstand against wall
1 rope climb each
Run 200m before starting next movement
Both run, don’t start the next movement before your buddie is in.
