2 Muscle ups
4 Handstand push ups
8 Kettle bell swing 24/16, american
 
L1:32/24kg
L2: RX
L3: 6/4 ring dips instead of muscle ups, hspu from box
L4: 3/2 dips from box instead of muscle up, regular push ups, 20/12kg lagom swing
