Every 3 min for 3 rounds do
10 Burpees
5-3-1 Deadlifts
5-3-1 Strict press
5-3-1 Backsquat
Increase weight each round. 5 reps of each the first 3 minutes, 3 reps of each the next 3 minutes and 1 rep of each the last round.

1RM Back squat
1RM Strict press
1RM Deadlift
You only have three attempts and 10 minutes on each movement.
