3 Chest to bar (Beginners do jumping C2B. Elite do ring muscle ups)

3 Thrusters 40/30kg
3 Squat jump over barbell (Elite does pistols, one foot take of)
1 Rope climbs
3 synced burpees as buy in every new round, all 3.
